Since 1983, WE Fest has brought the biggest names in country music to Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN. While the music is on stage, the real experience is powered by the team behind the scenes.

Seating Crew
Overview

Help deliver a premium guest experience inside the WE Fest concert bowl. Ushers assist guests with seating, ensure proper access to designated areas, and help maintain a safe and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

Help guests locate seats and navigate seating areas
Verify tickets and ensure proper access to premium sections
Keep aisles, walkways, and exits clear and accessible
Provide support in VIP, Reserved, Grandstand, PIT, and Lawn Chair areas
Answer guest questions and provide general assistance
Monitor surroundings and communicate with leadership as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Customer service–focused with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable, attentive, and guest-focused

Schedule

Shifts take place throughout the festival and are concentrated during concert hours. 1st shift 12:30 pm - 12 am Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
2nd shift 4 pm - 12 am Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
