Campground Tollbooth/Box Office Crew
OverviewSupport campground entry operations by assisting guests purchase certain WE Fest tickets at campground tollbooths. This role focuses on quick, efficient service to keep traffic moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell campground access passes at entry points
- Sell 3-day General Admission tickets
- Assist guests with basic ticketing questions or issues
- Maintain efficient service to support steady vehicle flow
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Able to stay organized and efficient under pressure
Shifts take place during peak campground arrival times leading into and throughout the festival.
10 am - 10 Pm Tuesday, August 4th through Saturday, August 8th (shift ending earlier on Saturday). Select staff may be able to transfer to a different position as the festival progresses
