Since 1983, WE Fest has brought the biggest names in country music to Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN. While the music is on stage, the real experience is powered by the team behind the scenes.

All staff will receive:

Post Festival Clean-Up Crew
Overview

Help bring WE Fest full circle. The Post-Festival Clean-Up Crew plays a critical role in restoring Soo Pass Ranch after the event—returning the grounds to clean, organized condition following a high-energy weekend.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Remove trash from festival grounds and surrounding areas
• Break down and remove tables, chairs, and equipment
• Move kegs and warehouse supplies
• Assist with campground clean-up and restoration
• Support teams with general load-out and site wrap-up tasks

 

Skills & Qualifications

• Able to lift and move equipment safely
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Willing to jump in and help where needed

 

Schedule

Shifts begin Sunday morning following the festival. Opportunities are available for one day or multiple days, with some roles extending 3–4 days depending on the area
