Campground Crew
OverviewCamping is a huge part of WE Fest. Campground Staff play a key role in welcoming guests, keeping campsites organized, and ensuring a fun, safe, and friendly environment throughout the festival.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with camper load-in for tents and RVs
- Help guests locate and set up their campsites
- Answer questions and provide general festival information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the campground
- Monitor and support campground quiet hours
- Help ensure WE Fest campground rules are followed
- Communicate with WE Fest Security when issues arise or support is needed
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Enjoy interacting with people and problem-solving on the spot
Schedule
Shifts take place throughout the festival and may include daytime, evening, and overnight coverage. Campground staff have various shifts to choose from in order to provide 24 hour a day coverage. These positions start on Tuesday morning on August 4th through Sunday morning on August 9th.2nd shift 3 pm - 11 pm
3rd shift 8 pm - 8 am
