Since 1983, WE Fest has brought the biggest names in country music to Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN. While the music is on stage, the real experience is powered by the team behind the scenes.

Pedestrian Traffic Control Crew (Perimeter)
Overview

Help keep guests moving safely and efficiently to WE Fest. The Pedestrian Traffic Control Crew manages foot traffic around the festival perimeter, guiding guests, supporting safe crossings, and maintaining clear, organized pathways.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with safely crossing roads and high-traffic areas
• Manage pedestrian flow at key intersections and entry points
• Provide clear directions and guidance to guests navigating the site
• Support bus loading and unloading areas
• Help prevent access to restricted or unsafe areas
• Monitor surroundings and communicate with leadership or security as needed

 

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and sound judgment
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, alert, and guest-focused

 
Schedule
Shifts take place throughout the festival and may include daytime, evening, and peak entry/exit periods. Pre-fest shift available for pre-party on Wednesday, August 5th from 5 pm to 1 am
1st shift 11 am - 7 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
