Description
ServSafe program was developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of food service industry experts who face the same risks you do every day. a certified instructor will lead this class covering current best practices and regulations for safe food management. The exam to become a certified Food Safety Protection Manager will administered on the final day of class. Students will be responsible to register with the Minnesota Department of Health upon successful course and exam completion. Course, exam, and instructor are approved by the Minnesota Department of Health.
