Description
This introductory workshop to mountain biking is open to all riders and ability levels. Those 17 and under may register as long as accompanied by their parent or guardian. The morning session will break into small groups and cover topics like fixing flats, basic bike maintenance, nutrition and clothing, and what to carry in seat or hydration pack. The afternoon session offers guided trail rides covering gear selection, braking, balance and cornering.
