The Merry Melody Music Academy is a vibrant, community-centered arts academy proudly serving families in Detroit Lakes, Lake Park, and the surrounding lakes area. Founded with the belief that the arts are essential to human development, the Academy provides high-quality, accessible instruction in music, performance, and creative expression for students of all ages and backgrounds.
Over the past six years, Merry Melody has grown from a small local studio into a thriving academy with multiple locations that have served over 500 families. We offer private lessons, group classes, camps, workshops, and performance opportunities in a wide variety of disciplines including piano, voice, violin, guitar, percussion, acting, and early childhood music development.
Our programs are designed to meet students where they are—whether they are beginners discovering music for the first time or advanced students preparing for auditions, performances, or professional pursuits.
