Minnesota's newest downhill ski area is Detroit Mountain Recreation Area in Detroit Lakes. With 15 downhill runs, a terrain park & tubing hill, cross-country & snowshoe trails, there are outdoor recreation opportunities for everyone.
Once the snow melts, mountain biking, hiking and birding trails and a skills park make Detroit Mountain a year-round destination.
