About Us

Absolute Ice is a locally owned business started by family and friends. Production began in spring 2017 with a state-of-the-art filtration system and fully automated facility. This system ensures the ice is never handled by people, producing the highest quality product.
Our one-of-a-kind filtration system starts with city water and is further filtered by a true reverse osmosis system. This filtration enables us to use the cleanest possible water to manufacture our ice, which produces cleaner, clearer, and better tasting cubes. In addition, fewer impurities in our water means that the resulting cubes melt slower.
Our fully automated facility features an enclosed conveyor system, an automatic bagging system with heat sealed bags, a robotic arm for uniform and efficient stacking, and an automatic palletizing system and wrap machine. Our large in-house freezer ensures that customer orders, no matter how large, can be fulfilled in a timely manner.
The business is managed by a local business owner with over 25 years of experience. We pride ourselves in serving all customers, no matter the size, to meet their specific ice needs.
