MAHUBE-OTWA is actively recruiting an Agency Operations Manager.  Seeking a passionate individual with leadership skills as well as excellent operations management and organizational effectiveness experience to help plan, direct, and coordinate Agency operations.  Performs a variety of confidential, administrative, managerial, and operational duties contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

This position drives organizational initiatives and practices that contribute to the long-term excellence of the Agency, promoting its mission and vision for quality services to clients and community partners. This position also interacts regularly with the Board of Directors.

Pay: $73,424.00, salaried exempt 

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday – Friday

Remote Work: Partially Remote

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree required, and one to three years of related experience.
  • Must possess supervisory skills and knowledge of administrative practices in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in business & management, financial & accounting, human resources, data privacy practices, and project management.
  • Knowledge of community non-profit organizations and resources.
  • Strong organizational planning and strategy skills, critical thinking and problem solving, delegation, excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with software and databases. 
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-to-one and group situations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful, flexible, adaptable, and demonstrate commitment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 
  • Ability to recruit and supervise vendors, contractors, and or volunteers. 
  • Must be able to honor private/confidential information. 
  • Must have valid drivers’ license and must pass DHS NetStudy Clearance.
