Are you feeling constantly tired, busy, and anxious? Come unwind with us as we learn about meditation, which is a natural way to reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. Please bring something comfortable to sit on, such as a pillow or blanket. This is part of our Mindfulness 101 series, which is offered free of charge. Kelsey Juhnke, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, will be leading this series.
