Business Builders Workshop: Building Stronger Nonprofits:
SCORE's Workshop on Organizational Management
September 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The workshop will be hosted in Fargo, Grand Forks, Bismarck and Minot, North Dakota and Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Seating will be limited at each of these locations, and we will allow only 2 people per organization to attend in person. It will also be available via ZOOM for those who cannot attend at one of the onsite locations.
Topics will include social entrepreneurship, business model canvas for entrepreneurs, board of directors – recruiting and engagement, strategic planning, grant writing, friend raising, volunteer recruitment, and marketing communications.
