DESCRIPTION:LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR COLLEAGUES\,\n\nFRIENDS\, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS\n With 1 in 5 adults in the United States living with a mental illness\, developing skills to support individuals living with a mental health challenge is important. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify\, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.  Similar to First Aid or CPR\, Mental Health First Aid helps build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling.
