Event Description:
In the summer of 2017, Pat Lenertz was getting set to play a solo gig at a small establishment in Detroit Lakes. Pat called up DL local, Dan Thornby, the morning of the show and asked him to join for a few songs. A few songs turned into a three hour impromptu duo set that left the crowd buzzing with excitement. The Lenertz/Thornby Duo was born!
Pat has been playing professionally around the Fargo-Moorhead area for almost twenty years. His groups include Heavy Is The Head, The Quarterly, and The Pat Lenertz Band. Musical styles include blues, rock ’n roll, folk, country, and reggae.
Dan has been playing professionally around Detroit Lakes for over ten years in Hardwood Groove. This electrifying jam band plays all genres of music and have their crowds dancing all night long.
The duo comes together very naturally. Powerful vocal delivery, harmonies, and jamming acoustic guitars will leave your soul satisfied!
