Description
Marty Fleishhacker is the Senior Financial Fraud Ombudsman & Civil Enforcement Liaison for the MN Dept. of Commerce. His presentation will include information about the common types of financial fraud and scams, who is targeted and why, and tips about how to avoid becoming a victim. The common scams that target seniors include lottery, "grandparent" and investing scams. He will discuss signs to lookout for & who you can contact to get help if you suspect either you, a family member or a friend may be a target of scammers.
