*All Healthy Living Seminars have a $5 fee which includes a lunch. All seminars are located at the EMS building by Essentia Health St. Mary's and the seminar begins at noon and runs for an hour. An RSVP is required to attend. Please call 218.844.0719 or send an email to FoundationSMDL@EssentiaHealth.org to RSVP. Attendees can start arriving at 11:30am the day of the seminar
