Breathing is a vital, yet overlooked, part of our lives. Join us to learn about reducing stress and increasing focus with mindful breathing. Please bring something comfortable to sit on, such as a pillow or blanket. This is part of our Mindfulness 101 series. Feel free to join us even if you haven’t made it to others. Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Kelsey Juhnke will be leading this series.
